GM Diet Soup
Soup and GM Diet go hand in hand. Soup is a great way to keep your appetite at bay while at the same time work on getting those pounds off. Soup can also taste really good if made right and can be filling as well.
- 28 ounces water
- 2 green peppers
- 6 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- A mix of celery and cabbage, chopped
Making the Power soup is pretty straightforward. In a pot, place water, onions, green peppers and tomatoes, together with a dash of salt, dried herbs or spices and pepper to taste. Place the celery and cabbage and let simmer until boiling point is reached and greens are tender. Serve hot.
