Excellent Combination Diet and Exercise

Wonderfull idea to start diet and exercise together.You can balance your body fats, so that you will loose the body fats but not gaining it back.Once you reach your targeted weight,the body will be in good shape, the face will glow, look younger, will be confident try all kinds of clothes, and also your outfit will fit you very well.Fell comfprtable in Sexual activites.

Daily 30 minutes or weekly thrice you should work out or do exercise.Control over your eating habits,that is sweets,fats etc.If you really want to have sweets,try to burn that much of calories before or after you eat. Balance and monitor your body weight,so that you will not gain unwanted body weight or fats back. From this you can see how you can improve your diets and exercise.

      • Hi, I don’t have any issues in my health. I tried to do as per GM diet plan but I was not able to complete that. I went to gym and could not continue and perform well. Please advise how to achieve this and help to reduce my weight.

        • Well, you cannot workout without protein. The first few days are detox. Also, you do have health issues if you are overweight. Have you ever monitored your blood sugar for a day or 2? tested your adrenals? My point is if I went to a typical American doc and did a blood panel I would have tested perfect. However once I got with a functional health care person they opened my eyes to what was really going on in my body. Keep that in mind.     Writing to ask about exercise with this diet. I am normally very active, I do cardio 5 times a week before breakfast, and do resistance and weight three times a week + yoga on recovery days. Will I die with this regimen while on GM? 😀

    i m 25yr Male 5’8′ hgt. my current weight is 84kgs and i want to loose 10kgs. I have went through the GM diet plan and i m eager to try it also i am ready to join gym.

  11. Hi, I gained around 20 kgs during my pregnancy.Please suggest how to lose that weight.I am going on a GM diet today and I have also joined gym. Also, is it ok to do cardio and ab building exercises during GM diet?

    • no, you cannot tear down muscle without protein to rebuild. keep it light, afterwards happy to help with a program if you need it.

If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
