Ingredients

  • Moong Sprouts:-1/2 cup
  • Boiled brown rice:-1/2 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts:-3 tbsp
  • Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
  • Lemon juice:-1 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander:-3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion:-3 tbsp

Method

Mix all ingredients together except lemon juice and salt. Add lemon juice and salt just before serving and mix well.

    • after the 7 days you can eat what you like so to speak. keep in mind you need a lifestyle change. I LOVE hummus, however only eat it now with falafels. I never eat gluten / wheat.

If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
