  • Moong Sprouts:-1/2 cup
  • Boiled brown rice:-1/2 cup
  • Roasted Peanuts:-3 tbsp
  • Salt and chilli powder:-as per taste
  • Lemon juice:-1 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander:-3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion:-3 tbsp


Mix all ingredients together except lemon juice and salt. Add lemon juice and salt just before serving and mix well.
