  6. Hello
I have this question that’s bothering me that
    >What can be a possible difference between someone genetically growing XL and someone gaining weight from food and what can be the possible solution ?

    • Well your then talking bout epigenetics. I have had a genetics test, just because I have a certain gene does not mean it has to be turned on so to speak. Hence diet and lifestyle are vital if you have a certain genetic predisposition. So 95% of issues are epigenetics not genetics. The environment and how you live will determine most of the time as you can see if it is turned on. Weight issues can be caused be many things, your gut bacteria – you ant less Firmicutes and more Bacteroidetes

***Before asking your question, please understand that we are only here to help and these are our opinions. Also make sure you read and understand the entire diet before doing it. And also see a doctor if you feel you need approval to do so. If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
