Monitoring the day to day Progress in GM Diet

While doing diet, you should monitor the weight by calculating the Calories. Make a note of calories, that is the food you are having from morning till you go to bed. The exercise you workout will burn the calaries so, deduct that calories you burnt.Now you have a proper calculation about your diets and exercises. If you do for a week, you will be having the results of how much you are having the food,how much you are burning the calories everyday.

According to your body conditions, you can exercise as many times you can.Try to burn the calories everyday never push to tomorrow.

Now everthing is in your hands:

* controlling your eatings habits,
* Exercise and
* balancing the diet.

If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
