    • Sure it will rise if you don’t change your lifestyle. You have to cut the junk food, processed foods, sugar and make a serious lifestyle change.

    I’m quite impressed after reading its weight loss benefits on net nd wanna try for myself too but wanna ask u before starting that when I wil stop this diet plan and start following the 1200 calorie plan,my earlier weight that was reduced after gm diet wil bounce back or not,please reply ASAP as I wanna start it from Monday itself.

    • YIKES, 1200 calories. There is a serious issue there, your body will create a new set point at that calorie, so basically go over it and the weight will pile on. It just does not work long term, it’s not healthy and will come back to bite you.

  4. we have to change our life style after 7 days but can we consume pulses chapati n ol after the 7 days gm diet ? these chapati veg. will increase our weight or help us to maintain the weight ??
    the main ques is after 1 week or 2 week gm diet can we eat proper food pulses chapati n ol ? is this will increase my weight or maintain the weight ? & can we include green tea in gm diet ?

    • Well the short answer is that will be up to you. My advice, research and understand everything you eat. Know where your food comes from. Stop eating processed foods, eat pure foods, etc. It’s not a secret here how I feel about wheat. And it’s not a scare tactic, it’s just the truth. There is nothing healthy about wheat not to mention it can cause numerous health issues. I suggest Google “Wheat Belly”. Listen to him if you will not listen to me. I suggest a pure and balanced dietary plan. Legumes/pulses can be eaten as a balanced meal with good fat, lots of good veg, etc. I just do not see how you can change your life eating wheat. Herbal teas are fine, no sweetener unless it’s a pure stevia.

    I am following the GM Diet plan and today is my 06th Day and have lost 2-3 kilos…and therefore i woulld like lose more weight and at the same time would like to continue some diet plan to maintain the correct weight. Please help me and advise me.

If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein.
