Good to have dessert while doing GM Diet?
Yes, why not? Definitely you can have the dessert.It means you can have, but limited quantity.Before having sweets or dessert (the  food which has more fats) Plan your diet for the week and have the dessert,that is try to calculate your eatings for the next couple of the days and also how much you can spend time on your exercises.After this calculation you can have the Dessert or sweets on desired day.If you balance your eatings and exercise, really you can maintain fats,weight of the body.
This is the best way of doing diet and having your favourite Sweets or Dessert.

If you plan to exercise during the diet, you cannot do heavy weights and heavy workouts (We state this on the Exercise page), you need to have the correct amount of protein. The first 4 days of this diet do not have protein, so your exercise you be very light. You cannot tear muscle down without something to build it up. Thanks You
